Policies

  • ZAZA reserves the right to refuse service for any reason
  • ZAZA Kitchen orders stop 30 minutes before closing
  • ZAZA enforces a dress code policy
  • ZAZA has a strict capacity limit, please make sure the entire party is present to allow for a pleasant experience
  • ID’s will be checked with any credit card transaction
  • Patrons’ belongings are their own responsibility, including but not limited to:
    • Items in patrons’ cars
    • Credit Cards
    • Keys
    • Phones
    • Wallets & Purses
  • Please do not stand on the furniture
  • Any damage done to hookahs/heads must be paid for
  • Security will check all people and bags entering the building
  • Patrons may be asked to leave for not following rules or being otherwise rude/unruly
  • Management/Establishment is not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or broken items
  • Management/Establishment is not responsible for any physical or bodily damage done by, including but not limited to, coals, smoking, or slip/fall
  • By entering the premises patrons/visitors (paying or otherwise) are agreeing to the above policies
